Before accessing the home, we kindly ask all guests to read this agreement. Accessing the home assumes you have read and understood and are in agreement with the house rules.

Now, let's go over some important guidelines:

1. We have amazing year-round neighbors, and it's important to us that everyone enjoys a peaceful environment. Therefore, we kindly request that you observe our local quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am every night. By doing so, we can all contribute to a harmonious and restful community.

2. Please do not leave fires unattended in the fire pit.

3. To maintain cleanliness and avoid any inconvenience, we request that you use trash bags instead of individual grocery bags for your trash. Please follow the provided guidelines for proper disposal. If the trash is not disposed of as instructed, a small fee of $50 will be applied to cover additional handling costs. Thank you for your help!

4. The maximum number of occupants is 14. Please list all occupants, only the individuals listed on this agreement are allowed to occupy the property at any time.

5. The rental period begins at 3:00 pm on the first day and ends at 11:00 am on the last day, as approved during your booking process (unless otherwise agreed with THE OWNER in advance).

6. We want to make sure you have a comfortable stay however late checkouts not approved by the owner cause a backlog on our cleaning staff as we may have a guest checking in that same day! for this reason we charge a $30 per hour post checkout time as our cleaning staff would need additional help to turn the home around quicker

7. The owner will provide essential amenities such as water, heat, electricity, internet/wifi, linens, and a starting supply of toilet paper and paper towels. You'll have access to TV entertainment using your personal login details, as smart TVs are available throughout the property. Please note that cable TV is not provided.

7. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed.

8. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by THE RENTER will be assessed separately and invoiced accordingly.

7. THE RENTER is responsible for leaving the house in the same condition as they found it.

8. All guests are expected to respect the peace and enjoyment of the neighbors. Please exercise caution when using the ladder for the bunk bed.

9. Throughout the rental period, THE RENTER is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the property at their expense.

10. Any unsafe or dangerous conditions must be reported to THE OWNER or their representative immediately. THE RENTER acknowledges that they assume all risks associated with the use of the property.

11. THE RENTER is required to indemnify and hold harmless THE OWNER against any expenses, damages, injuries, or liabilities resulting from the use of the rental property, grounds, and resort facilities. By acknowledging this agreement,

THE RENTER assumes full responsibility for adhering to its terms for the stated rental period.
